Description: Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 (PO203) is a light cutting compound designed to remove minor paint defects. It works by using precision-milled aluminium oxide particles to cut away a thin layer of paint. These particles are relatively fragile and break down quickly and easily during use.

This makes Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 (PO203) ideal for general correction work on soft paint finishes, where micro marring can otherwise be a problem if more robust abrasives are used. Long-lasting lubricants maximise their working time, while its filler-free formula ensures that defect removal is permanent rather than temporary.

How to use: Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 (PO203) can be applied equally well by hand or dual action machine. By hand, it should be applied to freshly decontaminated paint using a SCHOLL Concepts Polishing Puck.

Only 1-2 pea-sized drops of product are required to polish a 12 x 12 area, and these should be worked in as firmly and evenly as possible until only an oily residue remains. This residue should then be buffed off using a PB Super Buffing Towel. For best results using a dual action polisher, Menzerna Medium Cut Polish 2500 (PO203) should be applied to freshly decontaminated paint using a Gyeon Q²M Eccentric Polishing Pad.

Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18 x 18 area, and these should be worked in thoroughly at 4000-5000 orbits per minute (speed 4-5 on most dual action polishers) until only a thin oily residue remains.

This residue should then be buffed off carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.
